Embarking on our first significant project as Fordify Ltd, we delved into the rich history of Tottenham Park Cemetery, a site that had weathered the passage of time since its establishment in 1912. Over the last 50 years, the cemetery had fallen into disrepair, severing its ties with the community it once served.
Our mission, outlined with subtle determination, was to breathe new life into the improvement of this sacred space, uniting the community and restoring the cemetery to its former glory. Armed with a comprehensive set of objectives, we set out to help Tottenham Park Cemetery increase donations for the chapel's restoration, raise awareness of TPC's goals, gather valuable feedback for the restoration, and foster a positive perception within the community.
The Fordify team embraced a multi-faceted approach, blending graphic design, architectural rendering, 3D visualisation and aerial video marketing to tell the compelling story of Tottenham Park Cemetery. Our visual journey began with the creation of an A5 leaflet, a LinkTree for easy access to information, and a large-format banner adorned with a QR code leading to our digital narrative, all designed to increase attendance for the Open Evening event a couple of weeks later.
In a nod to our commitment to community engagement, we designed a poster outlining the cemetery's 5-year vision, a presentation slide deck encapsulating past, present, and future endeavours, and captivating photography capturing the essence of the site. Our arsenal extended to architectural rendering, where we meticulously crafted visuals of graves, the chapel's exterior and interior, and a video walkthrough to immerse viewers in the envisioned transformation.
The eagerly anticipated Open Day arrived on the 8th of November, a culmination of our collective efforts. The Regency Banqueting Suite played host to a diverse audience, including community figures, friends, family, and even a Turkish international television crew. As the Fordify team mingled with attendees, the highlight of the evening unfolded – our work taking centre stage.
Projected for all to see, our still-renders showcased the planned restoration, creating a stark contrast with the current state of the cemetery through aerial videography and DSLR photos. A video tour offered a mesmerising glimpse into the proposed development, capturing the rapt attention of the room.
For Myself and Rob, founders of Fordify Ltd, this project marked more than just a successful project; it was a milestone that reverberated with personal significance. As we revealed in the success of our collaborative efforts, from surveying the site to tweaking the presentation, it became clear that we had not only completed a project but also fulfilled our vision for Fordify.
United by a shared experience spanning 16 years in the property and technology sectors, we had successfully brought our expertise to bear with tough expectations, delivering a high-quality service in a short timeframe. This moment bolstered our morale and reinforced our commitment to Fordify's mission – to provide a streamlined, no-nonsense service to a market we understand intimately.
In the heart of Tottenham Park Cemetery, amidst the restoration aspirations and community unity, Fordify Ltd had etched its name onto a canvas of transformation, marking the beginning of a promising journey
